Zentrader is a new binary options broker launched in 2019. Before traders are able to deposit and trade, they must upload and have their ID documents approved.
As a financial services provider, Zentrader is required to collect TWO forms of ID documents to meet its regulatory obligations.
Account Registration Tips
When registering a new account, your personal details such as name, date-of-birth and and residential address must match your ID documents exactly.
Include any middle names in the “First Name” field. For those with only one name, enter it in both the “First Name” and “Family Name” fields.
Fill in the registration form using English characters only.

What ID can I submit?
You must upload TWO ID documents, valid government issued photo ID and a proof of address. Here are some examples:
Photo ID: Passport, Drivers License or National ID card
Proof of Address: Drivers License, National ID card, taxpayers card, health care card, bank statement, credit card bill, utility bill, insurance statement
ID Requirements
The Zentrader ID requirements are fairly strict. To ensure that your ID documents are not rejected, please be sure to follow these guidelines:
ID documents must be currently valid
- Name, DOB, address must match Zentrader application
- Photos of documents taken with a smartphone camera are preferred
- Photos must be clear and taken with high resolution
- All edges of documents must be seen in photos
- Do not crop, filter edit or manipulate images
- Maximum size of 8MB for each document
